Terms of Service

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items including sublimation prints. We offer unisex sizes only. We do not except exchanges or refunds on items that do not fit. If you have any questions on sizing, please reach out.

Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items, they are made especially for you. If a mistake is made on your part (in terms of spelling, initial order, color, font, etc.), we cannot refund, exchange or discount your order. If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered or issue a refund. (Please note that picture evidence and or shipping back to shop will be required)

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a Non deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly. The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for clothing items; 1-2 days 3 MAX and does not include shipping nor weekends, please consider 2-5 days in shipping.
